FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW SOON WILL I RECIEVE MY PLANTS?
All orders ship on Monday and Tuesday every week. We avoid shipping on weeks that include holidays to avoid any shipping delays. Most orders will arrive within 1-2 days after shipment confirmation is received via email. Orders placed after Monday will ship the following week.

If for any reason you can not receive you order, or if you are out of town please feel free to email us to reschedule a shipment date that works. We are more than happy to hold orders for our customers in the event they can not receive them.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PLANTS WILL ARRIVE SAFELY?
We send all of our plants via Purolator or FedEx with an overnight option. Typically plants arrive overnight but there are exceptions when shipping is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We take great care when packaging our plants to ensure a safe delivery.

DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Waterloo, Ontario. When checking out online, select the “local pickup” option and email us after to arrange a date and time that works for both parties. Typically, we offer pickups on Saturdays.

DO YOU DELIVER?
We have proudly partnered with a local plant delivery service, Plantrunz Inc. Their delivery coverage expands from West London all the way East to Ottawa. If you wish to use their service when purchasing simply select “Plantrunz” method when checking out. We will directly contact Plantrunz to have your plant picked up on their next pickup date. Typically, Plantrunz picks up every Tuesday and on average delivers within 1-5 days. All plants are handled with care and given adequate water/light requirements in the event your plant remains in there care for more than 1 day. HOW LONG ARE PLANTS ACCLIMATIZED FOR?
Most of our plants have been imported from all over the world whether it be Asia, Central America, or South America, so they generally need between 4-6 weeks to be fully acclimatized and ready for their new home. To ensure that you are receiving the healthiest and happiest plant we only post plants that have new growth on both leaves and roots.
