📦SHIPPING📦
**Depending on the size and medium the plant is in it may or may not be shipped in pot. Typically, we package all plants in their pots and media.
**If you have ordered multiple plants at different times, we will combine to one shipment. We ship on Monday’s only and any orders placed after the previous evening will be added to the following week for shipment.

⚠️DISCLAIMER⚠️
**During shipping (more common with extended shipping times, little to never with expedited next-day shipping), the plant’s lowest leaf may fall, and the plant may experience minor leaf yellowing, leaf trauma, leaf breakage, and root rot. You acknowledge these RISKS and agree that we will not offer partial refunds if any minor incidents occur. But for MAJOR incidents, we will evaluate case-by-case. You will be responsible for the shipping cost if a replacement is approved. If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us within 12 hours.
**We are not responsible for LOST AND STOLEN packages. If you live in an apartment or condo building, please be vigilant in tracking and be ready to receive the package; It is prevalent for packages to get taken.

**All of our plants are treated with Systemic insecticide; with that being said please still take precaution and QUARANTINE THE PLANT for two weeks before introducing them to your existing collection. Please keep plants in current media for at minimum two weeks to avoid additional stress on the plant.
